Please fill out this form and your name will added to the list of attendees. Once registered, you can arrive anytime on Saturday October 12th – between 10am – 12.30pm at 63 Scott Parade, Ballarat East VIC 3350. If you can’t make it on the 12th, please register – however – mention that you need to book a different time and date in the notes section. We will then be in touch to arrange a suitable time.

If you want to apply sooner, use the rego form and just mention you are keen to apply sooner in the notes. 

*Screen and Media is only offered full-time (3 days per week)

*Visual Arts is offered full-time (3 days per week) or  part-time (3 hours per week).

*Photography is only offered part-time (3 hours per week).
