Our part-time Visual Arts courses are intended for students looking at studying part-time for 3 hours per week. Our Visual Arts courses come in a range of levels, from beginner to advanced. Make sure to read the descriptions of the courses to help find which course is right for you.
Learn to produce paintings & drawings to an exhibition quality! During the course you will learn to develop and refine your drawing & painting techniques, think creatively and produce your own artworks ready to exhibit. Through a practical, hands on approach, the program will give you confidence as an artist and establish your individual artistic style.
Explore a range of drawing, painting and printmaking techniques to produce works to your own finished artworks. During the course, you will develop and refine your artmaking techniques, experiment with new techniques and approaches to develop your own body of artwork. You will creatively explore diverse mediums and begin to develop meanings and concepts to develop your art to a high standard. The course is undertaken with a hands-on approach to help you develop your own individual style.
